The staff was incredibly nice and available, they went above and beyond: even booked a cinema ticket for me! The villa was the cleanest of the ones we have been across Canggu, Ubud and Gili Islands, no bugs at all!
Hot water was not enough for both me and my boyfriend to shower one after the other.

The accommodation was unfortunately not clean upon our arrival. The floor and the bathroom were dirty, the shower head was greenish, and there were several dark/black stains on the bedsheet and the mattress. I will attach photos to this review. Due to the condition, we did not feel comfortable and left on the same day. A refund, even partial for the unused nights, was denied to us, citing the cancellation policy, which allows for a free cancellation only up to 30 days before arrival. I find this particularly disappointing in this case: How can one cancel 30 days in advance when the actual condition and lack of cleanliness of the accommodation can only be determined upon arrival? We did not further use the accommodation and would have been grateful for at least a partial refund or some form of accommodation. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend the accommodation.

Absolutely all was great, location close to the best beach (Dreamland), best beach club (walking distance), minimarket, gyms, laundry etc. The staff very gentle and available. Villa was large and very comfortable
