ARRIVAL: The resort driver can collect guests from Komodo Airport or another location in Labuan Bajo and transfer them to Pink Harbour for IDR 100,000. The drive takes approximately 10 minutes. Complimentary boats from Pink Harbour to Menjaga Bay depart at 7:15 AM, 11:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
DEPARTURE: Complimentary boats from Menjaga Bay to Pink Harbour depart at 6:15 AM, 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
Transfers outside the complimentary schedule are subject to availability, additional charges and confirmation by the resort.
The direct road to the resort is extremely rough and may become impassable during the rainy season. Guests planning to arrive independently by car or motorbike must contact the resort beforehand for current guidance.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. The property may verify the card details provided. If the card is invalid or cannot be verified, the guest will be asked through Booking.com to provide updated card details within the permitted deadline. “A nice stay but could be so much better”
Beautiful location with great snorkelling nearby. They also hire from the local town which is also nice.
Unfortunately check-in was not smooth. They run free boat services 3x a day so we paid extra to be picked up. After arriving, we waited 15 minutes for the driver to take us to the port. Then waited another 30 minutes for other guests, then was told it’s too rough so need to do the 1hr off road drive. Once we reached the property, the team was doing a “photo shoot” so nobody was available to check us in. Eventually we were shown to our room with zero information given about the hotel and our stay. Also building work was happening during both the days we were there. Apparently due to damage from the recent earthquake - fair enough, but we were not informed or given a schedule of the works. We paid extra for over the water villa but spent most of the time by the pool as it was quieter
