The location is good, because I happened to be dealing with RS Mitra Keluarga which is adjacent to this apartment, so the location of this place is very good.
First bad impression, upon entering the lobby it already looks old. When arriving at the door of this unit, the key place has been damaged before, entering the room the floor feels dusty, the bed is covered with used bed sheets, the contents of the bed sheets and others in the bedroom cabinets are messy, there is a super dirty and damaged fan, the kitchen set and dishwashing place are dirty and even smelly, the sofa and carpet are dusty, the small TV screen is bad, the shower in the bathroom and the sink faucet are broken, even the bedroom curtains and living room are dusty, the clothes hanger is rusty. I booked and paid for 3 nights, but I only stayed for one night, the other 2 nights were donated to the owner 😃😃 because I couldn't stand all of the above. I salute only for the spaciousness, the rest is terrible in my opinion.
