“Comfortable stay in a pretty hotel”
Very pretty rooms and bathrooms. Our rooms were interconnected, which is nice for a family. The restaurant was very good, and the staff was lovely.
The pool appeared to be missing some water, and the fountain was off, giving it an unfinished look as if they had started refilling the pool but stopped before finishing. The garden could be tidier, and the bamboo structure needs renovations. Stray dogs can enter anywhere and walk around, something you should be aware of. The restaurant gets very busy and noisy late at night. Noise from the open-air restaurant can be heard in the rooms, making it hard to sleep before 11 pm.

It's just that the restaurant menu did not feature any Indonesian meals, which is a pity. But the surrounding restaurants are excellent.

“Great stay, friendly staff, nice dining place”
The location is close to Crystal Bay and a good starting point to stay ahead of the crowd for the west tour (Broken Beach, Kelingking, etc.). We did the morning tour and since we had already visited Crystal Beach upon arrival yesterday, we replaced it with a lunch and pool visit at the beach restaurant 'Orca'. The hotel restaurant is great, and a few hundred meters away, there is also a great restaurant, Kima Bay Restaurant.
It felt strange that the hotel grounds were not really shielded by a hedge or bushes, etc. There was a strange view from another neighboring pool, making it feel as if the hotel had just been built and was not yet finished. This made our private pool less inviting.
