The staff, very attentive and helpful. TV with Internet, useful for watching/listening to YouTube.
More natural light in the room. Ours had no windows. Either you opened the door and many flies came in or you were in the dark. Our room was a twin. In the others, there was a large window.

Neat and fairly clean room. Decent dinner. Be careful in the evening as it gets cold in the mountains.
Our toilet didn't flush. Poor sound insulation in the room, difficult to sleep with the continuous noise of roosters in the background. The staff was helpful but the times we went to reception there was no one there and we had to look for the staff inside the complex.

The restaurant was good, although a bit slow. Nabil is very kind!
Lack of cleanliness. Stained sheets, duvet, and towels. Aging building and not very well maintained. We didn't feel very comfortable there.

Location without a view of the lake. Dirty bathrooms. Musty smell in the rooms. Critters running on the roof, maybe dormice??? Restaurant without a single cold drink. No choice in the dishes.
