Excellent location, clean pool, available Wi-Fi, gas for cooking, cooking utensils
The villa is in need of renovation as it is worn out, old, has odors from the bathrooms, no exhaust fans, there are openings in the living room door allowing insects to enter, the room air conditioner does not cool

The cleanliness, style, privacy, and outdoor pool area
Beds are too soft.. apart from the soft beds, the rest of the property was fabulous. A little far from the city center. Had to use Gogek each time. Too far to walk. This is not a reflection on the property though. Next time I'll pay closer attention to the "distance to" options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
