Good friendly staff. Quiet place. Sheltered and intimate. Simple. Kitchenette with fridge. Towels. The manager is always responding and accommodating. It is not a hotel with a big swimming pool or live entertainment like nearby hotels but if you are looking for a good priced value range to relax after a long trip and quiet, that's a good one.

“Clean and correct, but initial welcome was nonexistent”
The hotel is very clean, the room service is quite correct and the rest of the services went very well. The apartment was nice for our stay.
Major organization problem upon arrival. We arrived at 6:30 pm and there was absolutely no one at the reception. The manager (whom we only saw 4 days later to give our passports) explained that she was at a ceremony and that we should have informed her. However, Booking indicates a possible reception until midnight, so there was no apparent reason to inform in advance. Due to lack of information, we had to desperately look for a solution ourselves and ended up settling into a room that was left open. Travel tip: Be sure to inform the establishment of your exact arrival time before coming to avoid getting stuck!

Here we had an all-around carefree package. Starting with the accommodation offering an affordable and extremely friendly taxi service. The accommodation impresses with a great, lovingly designed entrance area, with a small but sufficient pool at the end. The room offers a comfortable bed, a great air conditioning system (which also works when leaving the room and not directly aimed at the bed) as well as a large fridge and water purifier. The room is clean, the bathroom is large enough, and there are plenty of towels. Particularly noteworthy is the loving nature of the hosts, Ketut and Wayan 🫶🏾. They run their own restaurant and gladly offer a shuttle service without being pushy. The restaurant is run as a family business. The open kitchen shows how they work. We were particularly impressed by the peanut sauce and the fish. Additionally, we were served a lovingly prepared Balinese national dish: Chicken Tutu. The family also offers solutions for excursions and further transportation. All at absolutely moderate prices. Ketut and Wayan also manage the Utama Beach Villas. 🤗
If anything, there was dim light in our room, but that was absolutely no problem. 🤗
