“Night view of superb scenery”
The night view from the room is very beautiful. During Indonesia's New Year, many households set off fireworks, and around 1/1 at midnight, it became a fireworks display as far as the eye could see. Each firework is not large, but the night view of the fireworks as a whole is quite rare. It's impressive (I want a smartphone that can take beautiful fireworks photos). It's a condominium in Indonesia, but hot water came out of the shower (the temperature of the hot water drops when two people shower consecutively, but if you wait a bit, it will become warm again). The toilet is Western-style. There is a free water server. Since it is connected to a shopping mall, you can walk to buy food (Jakarta is designed for transportation by taxi or motorcycle, and basically, there are no sidewalks. It's really convenient to be able to walk). The room is located in a high place. The view is good. I got off at the 29th floor on the elevator, so I thought the room was on the 29th floor, but when I counted the windows of the building visible from the window, there were 30 or more. Is the building across the street 30 floors? However, from this room, which overlooks the building across the street from a high place, what floor is it on? I decided not to think about it. Anyway, the view is good. There is a garbage room on the same floor, so you can easily throw away the garbage from the room. It seems that the garbage in the garbage room is collected several times a day, so the garbage room was always clean.
I killed 2-3 insects (cockroaches? or flying ants) every day (which is normal in Jakarta).

“Comfy stay”
The host is very organized and friendly. The property is clean, beds are comfortable, mineral water, towels, and body wash are all provided. The host even gave us an extra bed. Really appreciate his hospitality.

“Recommended, a small but nice apartment”
Roberto is a friendly host. He sent information well in advance via the app and was ready when we arrived. He explained everything very clearly, and we kept in good contact. The apartment is not large but spacious enough for four people. We slept in two large beds. The air conditioning worked well. There is a small balcony. The view over the city is very beautiful. And below the apartment is a mall, where there is a good supermarket and many restaurants. The apartment was very clean, there is drinking water, and the shower was warm and good. There is a large pool with sun loungers downstairs, very nice.
We have no negative experiences with this accommodation. It is on the 29th floor, so we had to get used to the height. But the view is beautiful because of that.
