The residence is especially good in combination with the restaurant. The village is easily accessible on foot. The service was very attentive.
The bathroom lacks a bit of privacy. There is no window. Instead, there is a door with ventilation slots to the hallway of another apartment. I covered the ventilation slots with a towel when needed.

We stumbled upon this hotel somewhat by chance, as our initial hotel canceled our reservation. We were delighted with our stay at Pondok Damai!!! Beautiful rooms with a view of the rice fields, very welcoming staff, free shuttle to Sidemen Rice Terrace. Additionally, we were connected to a superb hotel where we could enjoy the pool and excellent restaurant. A very nice find for our stay in Sidemen, I highly recommend it.

Everything was good, breakfast was really generous. A plus with the pool to relax after a day of walking. The staff was attentive and very kind. The room was cleaned daily as well as the change of bath towels daily. The place was very calm, nights are very restful. We recommend this establishment.

Overall, it is not the highest standard but at this price, I was pleasantly surprised. A bit secluded, but for me, it's a plus. Comfortable and cozy apartment. The view from the window 11/10. Service at the highest level. Extremely nice and friendly people. Cleaned too often haha. Towels changed daily. Delicious breakfasts. Overall, I am very satisfied.
