The property is in a region called Lipah Beach a bit past Amed. The beach here is nicer as it is black sand rather than rocks/pebbles. The Villa has everything you could possibly need and the staff are just a wots app message away to cater to your every need. Bed very comfortable, 3 bathrooms, kitchen. Multiple little supermarkets at the bottom of the hill and multiple nice warungs and spas.

This accommodation is clearly dominated by the view with the pool, which absolutely captivated us.
One bathroom has poor water drainage... then a complete flood is created throughout the room.
