“Great potential, excellent villa manager, avoid until extensive remedial repairs are undertaken”
The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. A/C was great. Location was excellent, close to restaurants, spas and laundry. Pool was maintained very well. Ayu and her daughter did everything that was authorized by owner to assist and remedy the villas flaws. Getting a TV installed as none were working on arrival. Purchased new cookware for us. Defrosted freezer as door was frozen open. Fixed a broken front door handle. Our stay would have been intolerable without Ayu and her lovely daughter.
The overhead kitchen cupboard, above sink. It contained the cutting board and the worst case of black mould I have ever seen. Mould spray didn't touch it (see photo after spraying). We had a small pet but fed it some rat poison to stop it eating my peanuts. TV in bedrooms non functional during stay even though featured in villa advertising. Avoid this villa from June 2026 for some time. Due to noisy construction next door, one night until 21.30. I have mentioned the cookware, on arrival no kettle, toaster, fry pan, microwave. We did get a small frying pan and small sauce pan which let us boil water and fry bread. There was a sandwich toaster and toaster oven but too dirty to use.
