Upon arrival, I observed multiple disturbing issues throughout the premises, including: * Severe visible mould and water damage throughout the building exterior and stairways * Areas of the property appearing abandoned, partially demolished, or unsafe * Exposed brickwork, damaged walls, and deteriorating structural conditions * Dirty and poorly maintained communal areas * Construction-like debris and unhygienic surroundings * General neglect and lack of proper upkeep inconsistent with reasonable accommodation standards * The overall environment appeared significantly different from what was advertised and created an uncomfortable and unsafe experience

“Convenient location”
The location is very convenient, close to bars and restaurants. The host is nice and the mattresses are comfortable, the air conditioning is effective.
The shower water was cold and had no flow. The facilities leave something to be desired, reservation of 2 rooms for 3 people but only two towels and no sheets on the beds. After asking the very responsive manager, we were able to get them. The place is very noisy also between the music from the bars, the mosque, and people talking loudly but this is normal given the ideal location.
