This was our second time staying here. The first time we were very enthusiastic and had a great experience, which is why we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this second stay was very disappointing. There is still no proper access road to the property, which makes arriving quite inconvenient. The room was not clean upon arrival — there were stains on the bed linen, the toilet was dirty, and overall the room did not feel properly maintained. In addition, the staff was not friendly or welcoming. We also stayed in a room where, whenever it rained, we heard a constant loud dripping noise. At night, the dripping noise became so loud and constant that we were unable to sleep — even while wearing earplugs. When we reported this, the staff said they were not aware of the issue. However, it was clearly visible that there had been multiple leak repairs in the room before, so this response felt dishonest. Overall, this experience was very disappointing compared to our first stay. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Super well located, friendly staff, and very clean room. Everything is just like in the photos. We would definitely repeat if we return to Ubud.
All good

The room itself was clean. Location was central enough
Pool was dirty. It needed filling as the water wasn’t flowing into the traps so for the 3 days we were there it was just stagnant water. No food or drink offered here not a big deal but I’d suggest having a minibar in reception where people could buy a cold drink during the day
