The hospitality from the property supervisor Ayu was outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool was lovely and deep.
Quite a distance from restaurants and activities. Grab was good for food delivery. Wifi was not great throughout my stay.

Very nice facility with many common areas outside the room, such as a fully equipped kitchen & dining area. The room was well equipped & very spacious. The staff welcomed us warmly & there was even a complimentary yoga class that you could attend. All in all highly recommended. :)

The hotel in Jimbaran left the most pleasant impressions. We felt welcome from the first minutes. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the territory was well-groomed and comfortable. The pool is clean and cozy, and the rooms are spacious, with thoughtful amenities: kitchen, water cooler, tea and coffee freely available. The fresh morning coffee was especially pleasing. Special thanks to the manager - she helped us with requests and created a truly warm atmosphere. The welcome drink was a nice surprise - delicious fruit tea upon arrival. Everything is well thought out, from quality toiletries to comfortable rest. We are delighted with our stay and will definitely return!
