Very spacious villa with private pool, ideal for a family. Many things are new: floors, kitchen, furniture, and toilets have been renewed. Important for those reading older reviews — living room and kitchen are now structurally closed to the pool, addressing the previous criticism.

Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds and good mattress. Lovely staff.
Cleaning every other day, with small children, it's nice to have cleaning and trash removal done daily. The kitchen is very outdated and not clean. We stayed here for 1 week and the beach towels and tea towel were not changed once. It's too hot to sit outside in the outdoor living room and garden. No breeze. The roads to the villa are very narrow for cars. The distance to the beach and boulevard with small children is too far to walk. The price to rent a baby cot was very expensive; for that price, you could buy a new one if you stay for a week. Also, the mosquito net pole was missing. Construction work outside the villa caused a lot of noise, which was not communicated to us beforehand.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Pool at the heart of the villa. Quiet villa well located compared to the main street and not far from the beach.

Great location. Easy walking distance to the main street of Sanur. Small mini-mart located only 50m away for basic supplies. Spacious bedrooms with cold air-conditioning in both. Great pool.
