“The room is nice. The location is misleading and so is the ad. Think twice before booking as it may be a costly mistake.”
The room was super clean and good finishing.
We felt completely misled by this property. The listing's description and marked location are entirely inaccurate. We are both very experienced scooter riders and have visited Lombok multiple times, but the access to this property is on an unpaved, extremely dangerous cliffside road. It is practically inaccessible, meaning you are essentially stuck once you arrive. If you are traveling with a family, do not even consider booking here until the road infrastructure is properly developed. Naturally, we wanted to cancel our stay, highlight that we were misled, and receive a full refund. The property intentionally ignored our messages so that we would be forced to cancel through Booking.com and lose half our money. To make matters worse, after we had just completed 30 hours of travel, they informed us that they had already rebooked our room to someone else. They refused to offer anything beyond the standard 50% refund—effectively making double the money on our room while completely ignoring our concerns. I am deeply disappointed in both this property and Booking.com, who offered zero assistance. We were left stranded without accommodation during peak season due to false advertising and terrible management.
