“Relaxed stay, beautiful location”
We stayed in the garden view. The fresh fruit upon arrival is really great, this already scores 10 points. There was even a little stocked fridge and ingredients, which we could use well as we cook ourselves every day. Cooking every day went very well there, as everything was available, even a blender and, not to be missed, a rice cooker! The cottage itself was very clean despite being in nature. Deni was a man with a great passion for his work. He arranged everything that needed to be arranged. The market was relatively far, but with a scooter, you can get there quickly. There are some small warungs where you could buy fresh ingredients, but as a 'foreigner' I couldn't go there, as an enormous price was asked. Fortunately, my 'local' wife could go alone and got everything for a normal price. We had two beautiful, relaxed weeks. Because you don't hear much noise, but it's not as secluded as many claim, as you constantly see the local people walking past your cottage looking for branches, which we find very enjoyable. In addition, there are two other houses on the property, so there is also constant movement, so you're not completely isolated. For us, neither was a problem. In short, we had a great time!
There were cats now and then, at night they always knocked over the container. Luckily, one of the two cats listened well. The toilet was downstairs via outside, but you know this beforehand.
