“Overall, it was okay”
The hotel was very central and we had a nice bathroom
The room initially smelled bad - until we found out it was two pillows. When we asked if they could be exchanged, the staff said they didn't have any more and the pillows were counted in the rooms. Also, there were no contacts, every time we had a concern, we called the hotline. On the last day, an alarm went off in the laundry room at 6:30 am and we had to call again to resolve the issue.
