Positive to mention are the refill water station, seating area, and clothesline in front of the bungalow. Also, the option to rent a scooter on-site is very convenient.
Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet our expectations in several aspects. Our room was very dark due to a boarded-up window. The bathroom repeatedly had standing water and emitted an extremely unpleasant smell from the drain. The toilet flush sometimes did not work properly, so the toilet could not be fully flushed after use. Despite reporting this and asking for assistance, no one came to address the issue even after inquiring. One evening, there was no water at all. Particularly disappointing was the handling of our concerns. Due to the limited English skills of the staff, communication was sometimes difficult. While we understand this, we would have appreciated much more effort and support in resolving our issues. Unfortunately, we found the attitude at times unfriendly and unhelpful.
