“Delightful relaxed resort”
A delightful relaxed stay where you can completely unwind. Friendly staff who are willing to help you with everything to plan your day. You will be taken to the start of the waterfall tour if you wish (10 am) and they will also pick you up if you want (3:00 pm). Beautiful view!!!! Villa Ipsa has its own restaurant where you can eat well. If you want to relax for a while, you will enjoy it here, a bit away from the inhabited world. And no real shops nearby. But we had 4 wonderful days.

Very good with the additional good advice, information, and assistance from the gentleman at the reception (I don't know his name). Also worth noting are the great yoga sessions (free) by a fantastic teacher! Very good massages. The restaurant is also very good. Only good memories of the team and the place. Thank you to them.
The time it takes for the sauna to heat up.

Wonderfully located! Dreamlike view of the jungle/forest! Excellent that there were so many things: free yoga class every morning, breakfast, restaurant, massage, gym, free shuttle to Munduk, cooking class. We could enjoy everything! We had a great time! Nearby is also a hostel with delicious food, billiards, soccer field, and drinks. It was simply wonderfully relaxing. The pool was also fantastic!
Unfortunately, the sauna didn't really work. The doors to the hut were a bit wobbly.

8 out of 10 for the value for money, for the exceptional location on the edge of the waterfall forest and rice fields. I was given (an upgrade?) to a treehouse which was superbly well set up and super cute. My children in the house with green painted walls were less cute. Restaurant is okay but with few choices. The place and the region do not deserve more than 2 nights to see the waterfalls unless you want to meditate and stay calm. The hotel provides a free shuttle at 10 am to the start of the waterfall hike (10 minutes by car) and they pick up the hikers at 3 pm. This time is necessary to see all the waterfalls and eat at one of the warungs along the way. Note that the walk requires good physical condition. Free yoga class also at 7 am with a Blandine view. The hotel grounds are very beautiful.
It's quite sad that such a beautiful place dedicated to nature has waste below the treehouses. Without a car, you won't have much choice of restaurants, the place is a bit isolated. Breakfast was okay for those who like savory (nasi goreng and fruits). My children who like sweet breakfasts were left unsatisfied. The pool is very decent with a magnificent view. However, it is small, not bothersome for us in September but it must be crowded in July and August.
