“Bad experience”
Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. The most unreasonable part was being asked to pay €30 for a white bedsheet stained. I find this request completely disproportionate: bedsheets and towels are part of the normal operation of any accommodation, and dealing with occasional stains should be included in the usual laundry and housekeeping costs, especially when there is no permanent damage. I therefore do not consider it reasonable to charge this cost to the guest. Some practical aspects could also be improved: the hairdryer was practically useless, with such weak airflow that it seemed more suitable for dolls than adults. In addition, the road leading to the villa is in very poor condition and completely dark at night, making access quite inconvenient and uncomfortable. This should also be clearly communicated to guests before booking. It’s a shame, because with more reasonable management of these issues, the experience could have been much better.
