“The accommodation sucks”

I booked a two bedroom apartment with 1 double bed and 2 single bed but was given a 3 bedroom apartment but 1 room was locked and denied entry the master bedroom was equipped with a double bed and the 2nd bedroom consist of a single bed and a single mattress with no bed. We were supposed to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. There's no wifi (was told that they are in the midst of changing service provider) the floor was dusty and the water heater in the 2nd bathroom was not functioning.
