“We will definately stay again if possible.”
The Housekeeping ladies are wonderful in every way. They are friendly, always smiling, interactive and helpful in every way including arranging our airport transfer on departure. Even though not their job. The villa has great aesthetics and modern touches including the beautiful array of light fixtures throughout. The bed, bedding and pillows were extremely comfortable. It has a full kitchen and fridge with all kitchen needs supplied. There are also ironing facilities. And of course a great size pool with spa area and lovely green outside scenery. There are TVs in each bedroom as well as in the living area offering some of the standard streaming apps, however they are not connected to local digital aerial channels. Located down a smaller alley along with many other villas, the Zayana Villas are in a great location with easy walking access down the quieter side alleys to restaurants and shopping on eat street (Jalan Kayu Aya) and surrounding areas. There is a Circle K mini mart right next door as well.
I was unable to get in contact with the host who was supposed to be available at all times, despite attempts though WhatsApp as instructed. This needs to be rectified to ensure someone is available if the original host is away. Luckily the housekeeping ladies were so helpful, however it wasn't their job. A few tweaks here and there just to polish off the villas that are only 3 years old could be addressed. For example some of the bathrooms have some leaks that need fixing and we would prefer the pool jets to be on continuously rather than a timer as we don't like to use the pool when the water isn't circulating.
