Atmos spa next door
I wasn't allowed to get the in villa breakfast as there wasn't a table in the room. It was a studio room. This is the first time I have encountered issue with ordering room service. It was not mentioned to me at check in.i was given some fruit in my room which was supposed to last me 4 nighrs I was booked for. The fruit was not replenished. It was disappointing! I left 2 days earlier. I just wanted to get out of there. I didn't get a friendly vibe when I checked in. They made me feel like i was not trusted. The luggage boys were nice.

The variety for kids outdoors was really good - looks good and fun for the kids! Thr hotel itself looked really nice and the place is like new. Mini mart is in walking distance so that is handy.
The room type was too small - more like a hotel room for the studio with no where for bags. The indoor kids club whilst it was amazing, the day rate can be quite substantial when going everyday - would be better value if included in the room rate if staying at the hotel and villas. There is no tvs in the bedroom and the room we were in backed onto a side street so at night time i could here traffic and scooters beeping. The resturant closes at 7pm do if dining in you need to order early and there is no where else to buy dinner close by - you will need a scooter or grab to go into town. There was also an afternoon where i have gone to pay for the bill but they couldnt find it on the system so we assumed my partner paid for it on the way out however this was not the case and had people ring our door bell at 830pm (3 year old is asleep) chasing the money. We asked if we could put it to the room and we pay the next morning but said they cannot do.

Family Nest villas are very photogenic, with comfortable beds, good housekeeping and genuinely lovely staff.
Unfortunately, the experience does not justify the price. A busy road runs directly behind the property, creating considerable traffic noise. Facilities are also very limited, with just one restaurant that closes at around 7 p.m. sometimes earlier. Everything feels fragmented. Each meal, activity or playground visit must be paid for immediately and separately. Being able to charge purchases to the villa and settle at the end would make the stay far more relaxing. The Pangolin Kids Club is actually just a paid, unsupervised playground aimed mainly at toddlers accompanied by their nannies. The entrance fee only provides access to the playground; any organised activities cost extra. These activities last around 15 minutes and are repeated daily, so older children may quickly become bored. Aside from these separately charged activities, there are nearly no staff-led games or entertainment for the children. Children need an adult present at all times, as they can walk through the restaurant towards the busy road and easily access a deep, unsupervised pool. We found the outdoor playground genuinely dangerous, with sharp bolts left exposed and unsecured because nuts, caps or other essential parts were missing. A trampoline was also positioned directly beside low concrete walls, and we witnessed several children bounce off and hit their heads on the wall. The staff are wonderful, but management feels inexperienced, with obvious gaps in safety, facilities and planning. The influencer marketing is excellent; sadly, the reality does not match it. Families wanting to truly relax while their children enjoy varied, supervised activities will find much better value at a full-service resort.
