Size of the space and location were good, they had a cleaner every two days, inside was clean. Someone let us on arrival.
Poorly maintained pool and gardens, external areas were all very dirty walls covered in moss and dirt. Lawn had weeds and was overgrown- didn’t mow it. The whole house smelled of moth balls. Bathrooms smelled of sewerage, everything needs an upgrade.

Victoria Villa by Betterplace feels like home and ticked so many boxes for us. * The location is perfectly situated right in central Canggu, close to all the best restaurants and shops * Very quiet and private villa * One level (so no carrying luggage up and down stairs) * Large and spacious villa, so many spaces for entertaining * Large pool with lots of sun * Beautiful outdoor yard and gardens * Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to buy us universal chargers
Everything was perfect. If anything at all, maybe buy new towels for the villas as they are looking a little old and thin
