My experience at this accommodation has been very negative. During my stay, 250 € in cash disappeared from my room. What is most concerning is that, before it happened to me, several neighbors and other guests had already mentioned similar situations to me, and I also found reviews mentioning theft problems. For this reason, I tried to contact Booking in advance to find a solution, as I did not feel safe or comfortable staying here. However, since the stay was already paid for and I did not have enough money to change accommodation, I could not leave. I ended up being robbed and when I reported what happened, the staff's attitude was completely disappointing. They showed no interest in helping or investigating what had happened, and I felt ignored and ridiculed. Additionally, during the 20-day stay, the room was not cleaned even once. They did not change the sheets, did not clean the bathroom, and did not perform any basic maintenance. Breakfast was also advertised as included, but I did not receive breakfast any day of my stay. For all these reasons, I cannot recommend this accommodation. The lack of security, cleanliness, and customer service has made this one of the worst travel experiences I have had. I hope Booking seriously investigates the numerous complaints related to this establishment to prevent other guests from going through the same situation.

Stay away from this place! I do not recommend it to anyone, highly discourage you from staying here. The day after I checked in, I discovered that all my cash—around 200 euros—had been stolen. This is not an isolated incident; it’s not the first time this has happened here. After negotiations with the police, the owners admitted it and took responsibility. They use a master key to open the rooms and search for cash. If they find any, they just take it, they simply steal it. So, if you don't want to lose your money, choose another place. Through the police, I managed to get my money back, but unfortunately, not even the full amount. An absolutely disgusting experience

The room was not properly cleaned and there was no breakfast. In addition, I left after 2 nights even though I had paid for 7 nights and I did not get my money back!
