“Terrible”
The location, near a few restaurants and Starbucks, etc.
Communication is very poor. I sent a message but after 8 months, still no reply. Many people come who are very noisy at 2:00 a.m. This happened on several nights, on different days, and with different people. Then you have to go downstairs because the person at the reception is outside. So, if you call, no one answers. In the morning, when you think of having a cup of coffee, you see circles of old coffee in the cups. These are not cleaned properly. Then we were promised something, but after almost 3 months, what was promised to us still hasn't come true. And all we hear is, 'yes, they are working on it.' IF we even get a reply when we send a message. My advice: Do not stay here if you want peace, good communication, and a pleasant stay.
