1. The check-in was smooth i was scheduled at 2.30pm but i came earlier and surprisingly my room was ready at 1pm. 2. The staff was so accommodating and diligently asking to clean the room via Whatsapp. 3. Love the rooftop area where i get to spend time in the late evening. 4. The location was quiet despite the hecticness from the main road. 5. Love the room amenities although electric kettle isnt provided individually in the room but a water dispenser is just feets away from my room.

“Comfortable and clean hotel but they dont care about customers requests”
Hotel was clean, aesthetically good and super comfortable. Hotel Staff is super friendly.
I made a booking for 2 nights, after booking I had an emergency so I had to cancel one night. I requested a refund or reschedule to a further date. However my request wasn’t granted and they just took my money without refunding or anything. So I paid the price of 2 nights for 1 night. That’s not the correct way of doing business, refunding your customers should be the right way. Do whats best to accommodate the customer not just blatantly taking their money.
