It is very remote no restaurants or activities nearby. They are currently renovating to build a restaurant.

“No, thank you”
Difficult to say something positive, when we arrived they could not find our reservation. The breakfast was bad and we were sick for several days probably because of the milk. However, it is located less than 10 minutes from the airport.
The sheets were very dirty, we had to sleep dressed by putting our own towels on the bed. The canopy is a must but does not make you want to use it. There was a leak in the bathroom that leaked all night, the noise of roosters all night, the hundreds of creatures present.

I traveled to many countries but I have never seen that for breakfast they serve half-boiled eggs. Night full of sounds like lizards, some insect sounds. Morning cock crowing, a lot of disturbance.

“Medieval wood art work”
It’s like getting a page out of a 100-year history book. The woodwork, art, and architecture are amazing. The staff is extremely good. They organized a great tour for us. The coffee is absolutely great (Lombok coffee) and their restaurant is simply amazing.
Cleanliness - overall cleanliness is great but it’s an old property with high ceilings. It’s the dry season in Lombok and there are lots of dust and mosquitoes. It’s related to the season. Overall, the property is really good and if you happen to go in the wet season, you will not face the dust, haze, and forest fire smoke, etc.
