New building, Comfortable Bed, great shower, fast wifi, new A/C, separate kitchen area with tables and chairs, , full size refrigerator, quite neighborhood, near many convenience stores / supermarkets, restaurants...near sidewalk mall... Not to mention a truly kind host that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive... What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

Very clean, modern and located on a quiet street. The room has a comfortable bed and the host was very responsive and accommodating.
The internet kept dropping out, but the owner was very helpful in finding a solution. The A/C was a little noisy and bright at night when sleeping and there was a little issue with millipedes getting inside.
