The staff are incredibly kind and lovely. I was always healed by their smiling greetings. The room is stylish and comfortable. The cleaning was perfect every day. The surroundings are a bit noisy, but exploring the alleys was fun.
The wine in room service was surprisingly expensive. In Japan, a wine that costs around 10,000 yen was almost doubled with the service charge. I understand it's due to the nature of Yogyakarta, but it would have been nice to have a price list in the room.
