Garden was an oasis of tranquility. Quiet location. Everything within walking distance. Spacious room. Balcony was also nice and large
Bathroom was a bit outdated. Breakfast was quite simple. Although there were freshly prepared scrambled eggs and pancakes

Nice garden!
The mosque was very loud, you could hear it quite clearly in your room

The people working here make the stay exceptionally special. A big shout out to the staff who were extremely helpful, polite, always smiling and kind 24/7, catering to our every need from booking tour drivers and massage therapists to recommending places to visit/eat and ordering tuk-tuks. They gave us an amazing first impression of Indonesia. The pool is also great and the rooms are very spacious. The location is good, close to restaurants and shops with good access to the rest of the city (tuk-tuk, taxi or Grab needed to reach the main attractions, but this is true for everything in Yogyakarta)
A few minor improvements can make this hotel a top destination: 1. New shower curtains and towels; 2. A bit more variety in breakfast (we would have loved to have fresh fruit juice, more fruit, some yogurt and granola/fiber. Overall, we had a wonderful stay

The setting is very beautiful, the pool and waterfalls are great!!! We enjoyed it, the staff is very kind and everything is done to rest well, the furniture and beds are great!! Breakfast could be improved
It's horrible to hear the mosque chants at 11:00 pm and 4:30 am. It's terrible, especially when you are sleeping so well in a super nice bed, be prepared for short nights because that's the case
