“A Nice Stay in a Nice Convenient Neighborhood”
Location is in an alley, crooked and funky but quiet for the most part. Beautiful design. Swimming pool in front for quick dip in the heat. Plenty of good restaurants at the beginning of the alley.
A few impractical designs: the bed rooms wall are open at the top therefore sound/noise from one room (bathroom activities etc…) could be heard from other parts of the house. Sound from next door unit’s tenants could be heard closely also, esp. if they stay up late into the nights!

“A beautiful clean and comfortable villa in a quiet area”
A very beautiful spacious, clean, comfortable villa. A very pleasant swimming pool. The villa is located a 20-minute walk from Ubud in a quiet area, with many restaurants and SPAs within a 5-minute walk. Very well served by Grab and Gojek, a 7-minute walk away. Special mention to Dwiyana Kadek, always attentive and very helpful.
It didn't bother us, but just to mention for those who might be bothered by the noise: the walls do not go up to the ceiling so you can hear the sounds from one room to another.

“Such a special place! A tranquil base for exploring Ubud”
We spent three nights here and it was the perfect base for our time in Ubud. Kadak and his wife really made sure we were comfortable, and the villa itself was beautiful. We loved being tucked away from the main roads, which made it easy and enjoyable to explore on foot with our three-year-old. Getting a taxi was simple too — just a short walk up to the main road, passing lovely restaurants and a laundry along the way. The energy of the area was really special and so tranquil.
