Very pleasant apartment owner. Was constantly in touch, met us, handed over the keys. Good location for shopping. Literally 150 meters from the shopping center from the residential complex.
Complex location, we got a little lost while looking for the point. The apartment owner had to help us out :)

Apart from its proximity and access (only through the east tunnel) to CP mall, clean and well-maintained, comfortable and clean room, good and cool AC, also quite beautiful view. OK bathroom and the owner is friendly and responsive.
Not that I don't like it, just a suggestion; there are indeed shower facilities provided. But if guests bring their own shower equipment, such as liquid soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc., the place is not available. So my suggestion is that it would be good to have a small hanging cabinet above the sink in the bathroom. Also, the bath towels are too small for adults, they should be replaced with larger ones. Hanger clips for hanging clothes should be available, to prevent clothes from falling/flying. The kitchen utensils are simple but must be complete with eating utensils (luckily we asked for a rice cooker, plates, etc., and were provided) 🙏🙏

The apartment is in a great location but it needs maintenance and remodeling. It's old and dated plus only 1 bathroom not 2 bathrooms.
The hot and cold water didn't work, problems with the door. The apartment looks old, problems with keyless entry. For the price I paid, it was okay but it wasn't like a tourist stay, it was like an empty apartment that you must furnish. Even the towels are too small to use, I had to buy towels
