The location was excellent
I didn't like being informed three hours before my arrival that I couldn't sleep in the same room with my partner because we weren't married

Location is good, bed is comfortable, hot water works
They asked for an extra 100K for early check-in despite my previous night's discomfort (3 hours before check-in time). Every morning during my stay, renovation noise woke me up early. They need to understand that guests are on vacation and shouldn't have to wake up early. They also had strict cleanliness rules, but the room wasn't spotless when I arrived.

Property is centrally located with a beautiful courtyard and parking. It features typical Javanese architecture.
The bathroom was in poor condition, glass not cleaned, soap dispenser had white scales

Good location, comfortable beds
We pre-booked a taxi service from the airport to the hotel with flight details to avoid waiting at the airport. Upon arrival, the hotel didn't respond for over half an hour and no driver was waiting. We took another taxi. After 40+ minutes, the hotel said the driver was waiting, but we had already left. They still demanded payment for the taxi we didn't take, forcing us to pay for their mistake!
