“DO NOT BOOK, THEY ARE LIARS”

I HAD AN AWFUL SITUATION AND THEY LIED TO ME! THEY OWE ME MONEY AND DISAPPEARED. After arriving at the hotel late at night, we realized we couldn't stay there. There was no staff at the reception, so we just opened the door, saw everything, and left. Right after, we sent a message to the property through booking.com: 'We have just arrived. This room is right next to the kitchen. It is 3 am in the morning, people are speaking, coughing, and it is way too loud. It will not be possible to sleep! People are speaking quietly, it is not their fault! The location of the room is horrible. Moreover, the walls are way too thin!!! We really regret we booked and we are not staying.' The next day, they messaged me back and said they would give me a refund. I waited. Since then - no money. Also, they stopped answering my messages

“One of the best accommodations in Bali I have ever been to”
The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The reviews related to this accommodation are old and belong to the period when this complex was owned by a different owner. The whole property is renovated and corresponds to the photos presented. We stayed here with my girlfriend for one night as a trial, and after one night, we stayed here for another month and a half. The staff is pleasant and friendly and always tries to help. Everything was clean and fragrant. And I will definitely come back here with joy and without fear. Thank you for a wonderful month and a half at this accommodation.
The bed in my accommodation was a bit hard, and you could feel the springs in it. But I wouldn't make a big deal out of it. I stayed here for a month and a half and always slept well
