“Completely disaster and supervisor is rude. Dirty everywhere, not cleaning”

We stayed at this villa for one week and honestly it was a very disappointing experience. The villa was dirty from the moment we arrived. Even though there were around 5 cleaning staff coming every day, the place was never cleaned properly. The living room had a terrible smell, and the fridge smelled bad as well. The shower water pressure was unbelievably weak, making it impossible to take a normal hot shower. Some of the staff members were also rude and showed attitude instead of trying to help. We complained about these issues every single day, but only after 5 days did a supervisor finally come. Instead of apologizing or offering solutions, he asked us with attitude: “What did you expect from villa?!” Completely unprofessional service and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
