Dimas is a great host, very attentive and efficient. A small problem I had he solved immediately. The place is humble, but very well located, and with amenities that you wouldn't expect from such an economical place (air conditioning, the water machine outside for drinking water). Quite happy overall.

The kindness of the owner struck us particularly. Very welcoming and caring, he assisted us by giving us valuable information. Availability for check-in in the middle of the night and availability to keep luggage after check-out. Laundry service. Our room is essential but newly renovated and everything is new. We had hot water in the room, although a sink is missing. The place is fairly quiet and close to the center. Within a few meters there are the Kraton, the Taman Sari, the Sonobudoyo museum, and a few hundred meters further there is Malioboro Street. About 200 meters away you can have a great breakfast.
