Very good service, and comfortable noise level. Very neat and clean. Quiet area and relatively central. Nice common area! Good value for money!
The kitchen is a bit poorly equipped, the rooms are not soundproof and the doors are difficult to close. There is a gap between the door and the floor, so much warm air, noise, and some animals come in.

The location, close to the center and far from the beaches.
Small accommodation, not enough hot water in the bathroom, barely enough hot water for a very quick shower! No blackout curtains and the accommodation is in full sun, so impossible to sleep a little in the morning. Too small and therefore too expensive for the space.
