“Excellent stay and friendly moment at Scar Reef Resort”
Exceptional place for surf and nature lovers. The establishment is calm, located right in front of the Scar Reef and Little Bingin spots, allowing us to catch the best waves with the least crowd possible. Scar Reef bay is just beautiful with its mangrove forests and kilometers of white sandy beach. Beyond surfing, we loved the warm welcome from François, Nat, and Jaï who have created a friendly and family-like atmosphere in a little corner of paradise. They provided great advice during our stay, made us feel comfortable, just like at home. The staff is lovely, and the food is great. Go there with your eyes closed, we will definitely return!

“Disappointing”
The Indonesian staff are lovely.
For a 'resort' it really has nothing. The beachfront room isn't beachfront. There's no actual restaurant, if you want to eat there you have to order ahead. Very overpriced, and they add 18% tax on everything.

Scar Reef Resort is a true paradise. Direct access to the splendid Scar Reef beach. The place is extremely well-maintained. The staff is very attentive and remarkably kind. We booked the villa with 2 double beds. It is air-conditioned and very comfortable. Built and decorated with taste, it is just beautiful! The cuisine offered by the resort, breakfasts and dishes... Everything is very good, plentiful, and prepared with care. Many services and activities are available on-site (surf lessons, board rental, paddleboarding, yoga equipment, snorkeling, etc.). The place is ideal for surfers but not only! We had a wonderful stay and we thank Jai for his welcome at his resort.
Absolutely nothing negative, everything is there to relax and enjoy.

“Our stay at Scar Reef Resort was an exceptional honeymoon experience.”
The property was stunning and right on the beach with three surf breaks to choose from. Breakfast and lunch were exceptional with amazing views and service. The owner, Jai, was a great host. Worth the extra money the place costs. The rooms are small but comfortable and beautiful.
The shower could have been a little warmer.
