The location close to Crystal beach was great. Village styled living with a touch of glamping. The restaurant ringt nextdoor had great food and was very popular.
Lack of fridge in room was annoying and A/C could have been colder.

Good question, I think the bed was still quite decent.
Unfriendly reception not accessible. Poor wifi, garden very basic, surroundings boring, cottage lacking some things. No hook to hang towel in shower, no trash bin, no power outlet in shower area. Air conditioning worked poorly. Towels not clean.

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant next to the accommodation was also very good and the cocktails even better. The garden and pool were very beautiful and well-maintained.
The bathroom lighting is very poor and the bed a bit hard (personal preference)

Location was really good, there was a really nice restaurant outside the hotel. Food was amazing! Pool was lovely. Big comfortable bed and lovely AC. They offer good prices on activities which was pretty handy
The bathroom was not working besides the flush of the toilet and the shower. Basin tap was broken and I fixed the toilet seat on arrival, so that was good afterwards. Also, I understand we were on an island but the wifi was not great. But we managed around it.
