Yes, Ardiles is a very knowledgeable person, you can have infinite conversations with him about everything, as well, he showed me a really good place for local food and I tried the coffee that he sells, which is really good, I had a very nice and warm stay there! Totally recommended :)

Air conditioning in the room and shared kitchen
Very frequent water cuts in the bathroom, no sink and mirror for shaving, cockroach in the bathroom for several days. Lack of cleanliness in common areas, kitchen, and bathroom. Strong presence of mosquitoes especially in the evening. Super remote location although close to a red line train station that goes to the old town, it takes 45 minutes journey.

Ardiles is the best host! Super friendly with vast knowledge and experience. It was a pleasure to meet him. Very comfy bed for a great price. I loved the local food in the surrounding area and not a tourist in sight. Great area to explore just the local vibe.
Bathroom was shared and didn’t have a traditional sink but shower was good. Rooms have very thin walls and the furniture is a little dated but cannot complain for the price. The bed was very comfy!
