The staff and the landlord were great! Everything was clean and all wishes were fulfilled directly (scooter rental etc.) We were there as a group of 20-25 year olds and it was just perfect :) with the scooter you can reach everything within 15 minutes :)

Cleanliness, staff, pool, landscape.
The location is too far from the center of Ubud and very complicated to access for Grabs and taxis. The wait for transportation can be longer than in other places.

I liked everything about this property, including the staff and the clean villa. The chef's food was 10/10.
