Our stay at Reset Lombok has been very good and we have been delighted. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant, and the service has been excellent throughout the stay. Reception has helped us a lot, even to organize and finalize our itinerary for Lombok, something we greatly appreciated. The location is another strong point of the hotel: it is in a quiet area, but very close to the center of Kuta, so you can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and other places of interest. In short, a highly recommended place if you are looking for a quiet, clean, well-located accommodation with very attentive service. Without a doubt, we would repeat!

We had such an amazing stay at Reset in Kuta Lombok and honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, it has felt like such a peaceful little escape. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully kept, with such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you immediately slow down and feel at home. The staff have been wonderful — so genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. You can really tell how much care goes into making guests feel comfortable and looked after. Our room has been lovely too — comfortable, clean and beautifully suited to the relaxed feel of the whole property. And the food deserves a special mention because we’ve genuinely loved everything we’ve eaten here! It’s clear that so much heart and effort goes into Reset, and it really shows. We had such a special stay and left feeling incredibly relaxed and grateful. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a beautiful place — you’re doing an amazing job! 🤍 We would absolutely love to come back.

“Beautiful hotel in Kuta”
Unfortunately, we only stayed one night at Reset Lombok, as it was our last night on Lombok. And we really found it beautiful there. The hotel is a real oasis for us in Kuta. Just walking in and seeing the view of the pool, it's simply beautiful. There are many cozy lounging areas and overall the atmosphere is super relaxed. We were able to really unwind there. The room was also very comfortable, very modern and at the same time lovingly furnished. The bed was ultra comfortable and we really lacked nothing. We can also highly recommend the food. For us, it was simply the perfect conclusion to our Lombok holiday. We would definitely have liked to stay longer and would definitely recommend Reset Lombok!
We had nothing to complain about.

“Comfortable and aesthetic hotel in a good location”
Comfortable, charming hotel with a great location close to main streets but in a fairly quiet area. The team is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts can be chosen from the menu, we tried most of the options and they were all very good.
There is no such thing.
