We had a truly wonderful stay overall and felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Our room was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with its own pool and a large, beautiful bathroom. There was absolutely nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness, and the daily room service was very good - among other things, we received fresh towels every day. We would like to particularly highlight the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive without exception. Someone was available at the reception around the clock, and no matter what request or wish we had, it was immediately taken care of. The team even organized our transport to the next accommodation on the last day, despite a several-hour car ride being necessary. We felt very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We can also highly recommend the food and drinks. We ordered a cappuccino to the room almost daily, which was really good, and also had a meal there on the last day. The food was also excellent. We slept very well. We particularly liked the mosquito net over the bed as well as the provided sleep masks and earplugs. The latter are also helpful as the room cannot be completely darkened and there are no blinds. However, with the sleep masks, this was not a problem for us at all. One point to know before booking is the location. The accommodation is not directly in the center of Ubud, and there is relatively little in the immediate vicinity. Depending on traffic, you should allow about 15-20 minutes or sometimes longer by scooter, car, or driver to get to the center. Those looking for accommodation from which restaurants, cafes, and sights can be reached on foot should take this into account.

Unable to get grab bikes from this location as it was so far out. Was able to get a car but sometimes a bit of a wait.
