Cleanliness
205 room number, a couple staying for a longer period, disturbed the customer. They did all kinds of stupid things at night, not letting me sleep. I don't understand why the owner allows these two stupid people to live there. I complained about them as they knocked on my wall all night and day.

The staff there was amazing and very responsive. It was easy to contact them via WhatsApp, and they were very helpful. There were electric sockets all over the room, making it easy to charge devices anywhere. There was also a water kettle and a smart TV.
It wasn't as clean as I expected. Starting from marks on the walls, an empty bottle in the fridge, remaining water in the kettle, and a dirty sink. It was also inconvenient when we had to turn off the air conditioner before turning on the water kettle. They also did not provide paper tissues or toilet paper for the guests.
