“Dreamy resort with some weaknesses”
The entire hotel complex is breathtakingly beautiful, very well-maintained, and impressively designed. The view of the sea and the beach is also beautiful. We would like to highlight the staff: they were incredibly friendly, accommodating, helpful, and quickly addressed any concerns. The breakfast was excellent and very varied. We were very pleased with the generous solution of the pool villa and were very grateful for the friendly handling of our complaint.
Unfortunately, the biggest criticism for us was the beach. On one side, there was clearly visible garbage, plastic, and bottles in the sand. There was also dog feces, which was particularly unpleasant with children. Therefore, we only used the beach once. Due to the strong waves, swimming in the sea was also not possible, although we are aware that the hotel has no influence on that.
