The location is in a quiet area of town which is fine, they provide breakfast which is fine. I had my place booked for two people so I could get more eggs. AC worked well which is good.
There are many insects all over the room, I’d often get bitten by ants while sleeping and dead ants would often drop onto my bed. On top of this I strongly suspect they reuse the plastic straws for the guests as they often have marks on them.

Location outside and therefore very quiet. Room large, very comfortable large bed, hot water, very nice hosts, very good breakfast
Cleanliness: maybe I was unlucky, but my bed and towels were not clean. The floor was not clean, nor was the bathroom. Very unfortunate. Many ants in the room. Slightly unpleasant smell in the room and bathroom.

Great breakfast, super friendly hosts. The room is clean and the view of the garden is ok.
Thin walls, if you have inconsiderate guests who don't follow the rules of the accommodation you won't be able to sleep.
