The staff was really very friendly, warm, and helpful. We felt very comfortable dealing with the staff. The villa itself was beautiful and the atmosphere pleasant.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not satisfactory. Some towels were not properly clean upon arrival. After room cleaning, neither towels nor bed sheets were automatically changed - this only happened upon our explicit request. Additionally, there were only two towels for two people and no additional towels, e.g. for hands. The shower curtain was also visibly moldy. The hot water supply was not sufficient for two people to shower consecutively. After one shower, you had to wait until hot water was available again. Also, the partially contradictory communication was disturbing. Different staff members quoted us different prices, including for the massage. The final costs for services like laundry were not transparent from the beginning. It was only during payment that we were informed of an additional 20% tax. In our opinion, such additional costs should be clearly communicated beforehand.
