“You pay for a bed”
I give 1 star to lower the average as much as possible, since I chose it because in Agoda and Booking it has many positive reviews that are completely false. Positive: as indicated in several reviews, the hosts are very attentive and nice people. It's not a terrible place, but the photos are misleading and they don't exactly give you the night for free.
Negative: The infrastructure is very run down. Outdoor bathroom. No hot water. The entrance door did not close properly. The air conditioning made an incredible noise that made it impossible to sleep. There is nowhere to put your clothes. The room light is extremely poor.

“Comfortable stay in Gili”
The staff is super friendly, everything is fine, breakfast is very tasty. The hotel is quite less than 10 minutes walk away.
The bathroom was outside the room and at night it was a bit scary to go out because of the insects.

Cheap for Gili during high season. Good outdoor seating area.
Dirty bed sheets and towels. Staff absolutely unhelpful. I asked for a new towel because mine was dirty, but I didn't get one because the one I had 'was in the laundry'.
